General conditions

1. The party selling the products included in the offer is Mapa Tex S.C. and P-B-Design Paweł Banaszak, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.

2. The prices of goods are given in Polish zlotys and include VAT – 23%.

The procedure for placing and fulfilling orders

1. The condition for making purchases is completing the order form available on our website. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by e-mail or by phone.

2. Upon acceptance of the order, a sales contract is concluded between the parties.

3. All shipments are delivered by the GLS courier company or can be collected in person.

4. The purchased goods are delivered to the address indicated in the order form.

5. Ordering furniture fabrics by fax, e-mail and telephone is tantamount to acceptance of the regulations posted on the website www.mapatex.pl

Deadline for order fulfillment

1. Delivery of the goods should take place within 24 hours from the moment of concluding and accepting the sales contract. The order processing time is indicative and may be extended depending on the availability of goods in the warehouse and the time of delivery by the courier company. In the event of a temporary lack of the ordered goods in the warehouse, the Seller shall notify the Customer about the date of availability of the goods and the period of order fulfillment.

2. The ordered goods are delivered via a courier company or collected in person by the Customer at the Seller’s headquarters. A parcel sent via a courier company is usually delivered to the customer on the second working day after the day of posting. All shipments sent via a courier company are insured and the costs of insurance are borne by the Seller.

Payment methods

1. The following payment methods are possible:

– prepayment by bank transfer to the Seller’s bank account – applies to the online store

– cash at the Seller’s cash desk – upon receipt of the goods by the Customer at the Seller’s headquarters

– COD on delivery

Shipping costs

1. All orders are sent by a courier company – shipping cost PLN 30 gross.

2. When ordering more than 30 running metres shipping costs are covered by the Seller.

Complaints and returns

1. Upon receipt of the ordered material, the Buyer is obliged to check its compliance in terms of: material name, color, quantity, possible errors before cutting the fabric within 7 days of receiving the material.

2. In the event of damage to the shipment, it is necessary to write down a damage report with the courier and not to collect the package, and then contact the Seller as soon as possible.

3. If the package is received without checking, we do not accept complaints regarding damage to the goods during transport. Only on the basis of a protocol written down with the courier, we can exchange the goods for undamaged ones and claim our rights from the courier company.

4. If you receive a shipment that is not in accordance with the order, please contact the Seller immediately in order to exchange it for the correct product.

5. The goods to be exchanged must be prepared for collection by the courier. The cost of collection and transport is covered by the Seller.

6. The return of the goods is possible only in the case of incorrect execution of the order resulting from the Seller’s fault.

7. Products prepared especially for the Buyer (fabrics cut to measure, in accordance with the order) are not returnable.

 Complaint handling procedure

1. Defective goods should be delivered to the Seller together with a detailed description of the complaint, including: the name of the fabric being complained about, its quantity, date of finding the error, description of the problem and the number and date of the purchase invoice.

2. After the return, the fabric is immediately transferred to the manufacturer.

3. After the manufacturer accepts the complaint, the Seller delivers the goods free from defects to the Buyer.

4. A prerequisite for initiating a complaint procedure is the fulfillment by the Buyer of all the conditions from point 1.

5. Complaints will not be considered on the basis of photos sent by the Buyer.

Guarantee

1. Purchased fabrics are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

2. The loss of warranty rights occurs in the event of improper use of the fabric, use of the fabric contrary to its intended use and in the event of non-compliance with the cleaning and maintenance conditions.

3. The provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 do not apply to Microfibres fabrics sold from January 29, 2016.

Guarantee for IMPALA fabric:

1. The purchased fabric is covered by a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty.

2. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage.

3. The loss of warranty rights occurs in the event of improper use of the fabric, use of the fabric contrary to its intended use and in the event of non-compliance with the cleaning and maintenance conditions.

Privacy protection

1.All personal and contact details received by www.mapatex.pl via application forms and orders are treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of order processing or providing information regarding our company’s commercial offer.

Final Provisions

1. In disputes with the competent appellate instance is the District Court in Poznań.

2. In matters not covered by this agreement, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.

3. The right to change these regulations is reserved. In this case, appropriate updates will be posted on the website.

4. By placing an order, the Buyer accepts the above regulations.
